No. The ticket options include access to the events only. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.

New Orleans is a small city and venues will either be a short walk or short Uber/Lyft from where you are staying. We recommend staying at a hotel or Airbnb in these neighborhoods: French Quarter, Warehouse/Central Business District, Marigny, Treme, Bywater, Lower Garden District, Bayou St. John.

The 3-Day Bayou St. Blonde Event will be full days beginning at 9am and ending at 5pm with breaks in between. There will be night events that will begin at 7pm. Details to be announced

January 2025, though you can expect ALL of the LBG Artists to be showcasing their talents.

Event agenda will be communicated two week prior to the scheduled event.

Do I have to choose which artists/segments I want to see?
No. The 3-Day Bayou St. Blonde agenda allows for dedicated time for every performing artist and coach. There may be special segments and breakouts added
to the event, in which case they will be optional and you can choose the breakout most suitable to your needs. If you do not attend the BSB Boss Brunch, there will be activities for you to enjoy.

Are meals included in the tickets?
No. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are not included in the tickets. There will be a daily lunch break and The Left Brain Group will provide recommended nearby options. However, there will be plenty of snacks, drinks, coffees, water and light refreshments available
throughout the day. The BSB Boss Brunch includes brunch and the VIP Dinner Experience includes dinner.

What if I have to leave the event early?
You are free to come and go as you please throughout the event. The 3-Day Bayou St. Blonde Event will end at 6pm on March 18, 2025.

Will there be a place to store my luggage at the venue?
Possibly, but if you are able to leave it at your hotel that would be best. The Left Brain Group will not be responsible for lost or misplaced luggage.

I’m a salon owner who doesn’t do hair, can I just attend the business segments?
You may attend whatever segments you wish, however a 3-Day Bayou St. Blonde event ticket is required to gain access to the event.

If I have a group with a payment plan and I need to add more people to my group after early bird pricing expires, do I have to pay full price for new attendees?
No. Additions to your group will be honored at
the price level in which you signed up. So if you locked in early bird pricing or full price pricing and need to add more people, we will honor the price in which you started your payment plan. However, you can only make changes to your group 1 time and all
changes must be made by March 1, 2025 by emailing
aryn@theleftbraingroup.com.

Sometimes in life, you just have to pivot. And that's exactly what we did for Bayou St. Blonde 2021. Because of the pandemic, we had to adapt, but we still wanted to bring the spirit of what we do to everyone and keep the momentum and tradition of Bayou St. Blonde alive. 10+ Artists, 2 Days, 3 Cities for this all-virtual experience showcasing the theme of ''The 7 Deadly Sins” with Skeleton Key vibes. Each city was a room that unlocked a secret. We live streamed from New Orleans, Los Angeles and New York for a 2-Day hair extravaganza.

The calm before the storm, Bayou St. Blonde, January 2020. Who would have thought that just a couple of months later, the world would shut down, making this one of the last times we gathered in New Orleans to celebrate the creativity and artistry of our industry. In true New Orleans fashion, we ended with a second line—a celebration of what we've achieved, reminiscent of a traditional funeral parade celebration, but in this case, it marked our accomplishments and spirit.
Absolutely loved the intimacy of the group and venues. Everything and everyone was personally accessible and inspirational!
LOVED LOVED LOVED the parade at the end! Great New Orleans experience! Loved all the venues. Aryn is terrific and did an excellent job putting this all together!

Transfer Policy
Transfers are permitted if you are unable to attend the event. To transfer your ticket, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the event date. We offer flexible payment plans available in 2, and 4 month options. When you sign up for a payment plan, you'll be automatically charged on the same day each month.
