- Evaluation with Dre to identify your strengths, comfort zone with tools and mark your starting place so we can measure your growth.
- Understanding the tools: Guarded & Straight Razor
- Why and when to choose using the razor.
- How to properly hold and maneuver the blade in your hand
- Proper body positioning
- Adjusting approach for different textures and density
- Parting, combing, tension
- Mapping out haircuts
- Styling and finishing to enhance natural textures

Day 1: Evaluation + Razor 101 + Long Layer

- Theory & History of the Razor.
- Breaking down references the differences between razor and scissor cuts
- Understanding how the blade works and how to move your hand to make cutting feel effortless.

Payment is 100% refundable if cancellations are made 45 days prior to scheduled class date. Cancellations made after the 45 day cut off will receive a Left Brain Group credit to be used for a future class with the same artist.
